OK, it's 3am..but I've been thinking about why all the wonton soups I've had at bad/dive chinese restaurants in NYC look and taste the same. Very curious, they also have those small slices of pork with them. Am I wrong and/or delusional? I'll admit, I've only had the wonton soup at 3 or 4 places in Brooklyn, but this merits further investigation on my part.
